“Stall's came through to save our weekend, again. The batteries in my wife's wheelchair failed on a Thursday night. I sent an email to Stalls Friday morning, heard back within 30 minutes via email, followed up by a call and email from the service manager who explained very clearly what paperwork was needed from the doctor. Kudos to UNC-PMR for getting the paperwork back to Stalls within a few hours. Cason from Stalls installed the batteries in shortly after that. While at the house, Cason even polished the wheelchair! Expletive superlative!”

“We obtained Carolina Medical Alerts for our father in January of this year. So far the service has been wonderful! On initial consult, they came to his home and answered all of our questions regarding service, operational features, call center support, etc.... My dad has had one fall since we have had it, and the service worked as described! Within 10 minutes, our entire call list received calls and were provided a detailed update of the incident (no medical care was needed). We use the device with the "fall detection" and it worked perfectly on that incident. I would highly recommended giving them a call and see if its a fit for your family.”

“I have to give a huge double thumbs up to Respicare DME Inc in Cary, NC! I was visiting from out of town and forgot to pack my mask and headgear. I called several places and visited several places just trying to purchase a mask and headgear for my CPAP. All of them refused to help me because I didn't have an account with them and I didn't have my prescription with me. Respicare DME Inc was more than willing to help me out. On a side note, what does that say about our healthcare system that you cannot purchase CPAP accessories without a prescription if you are caught in a predicament like mine?

“I am so grateful to Dave from Step Ahead Mobility. I called around 11am on a Saturday to inquire about renting a lift recliner to help with my difficult and painful recovery from ACL reconstruction surgery. He was alone at the shop which didn't close until 1pm, and yet he still managed to get everything set up and personally deliver the recliner to me by 2:15pm. Amazing service!!!”
