“I've been a regular for a little over a year, flower is my go to there. So let's talk about customer service, in the beginning it was hit or miss. They had this one associate Reagan, she was terrible had to catch her in a good mood to get good service. But she has since parted from the store, her replacement Genn(I think thats the spelling) night and day difference. Every week im in about 3 times a week, she is the best replacement that could've happened! She's extremely upbeat and is always smiling and also she's extremely professional and even provides great insight on products that make it difficult to make a decision. She'll say this is my experience and it really adds to the personal experience and I'm always happy with my purchases. Rapport building skills are off the chain! She is an absolute gem and makes the store feel like a home away from home. Keep her! She is an amazing associate and has real potential to help grow the store! Any company will be lucky to have her! I will remain loyal to esmoke as long as she is part of the company!”

“Really great service from two knowledgeable professionals: Mr. Carl & Dave. Went there initially for dog treats to help our amped up and sometimes anxious dog. Mr. Dave made a recommendation based on what we described as our dog’s symptoms. The treats partially did the job but not sure I would get them again especially for the price we paid. We returned later on and Carl made a recommendation for some gummies to help with sleep. They were on point and I slept incredibly good. Again, the price point was higher than expected but the gummies worked great. I will return to try a few other products and it's based primarily on the two Gents. Thanks Car & Dave.”

“This is actually the best tobacco store around and its prices are very great compared to other ones here. I can definitely vouch for this. Another store comparable to this that has all this with the same prices plus hookah, more glass, detoxes, etc. is Tobacco & More which is located right down the road. The store is big and organized and the staff is super efficient, helpful, and quick. The selection is very big and there's definitely something for everyone. The customer service is also great and you know good service goes a long way. Definitely come to this store for all your tobacco needs and you'll leave satisfied!”

“Been going to GGV since 2015 or so at the Hillsborough location, and while I should have VIP status rewards at this point I was a broke college student early on so I never saved a lick of points ???. Anyways the area no longer has that store, what remains is the Fuquay-Varina store and Morrisville location. And while Raleogh is not lacking in vape/smoke shops one thing I always do is check good guy vapes first.
They always have a good deal on a juice brand or two, pretty much the best prices on devices, equipment, and coils. As well as for the HIGHER smoke sessions too. You pretty much can't go wrong and if you are confused never have I ever in all the years going had a bad interaction with a single staff member of any GGV location.
If you gonna vape, smoke something green, need incense, or just want a gummy to keep you light in a heavy world....the 2 remaining stores are worth the travel it may take you if you are in the triangle and surrounding areas.”
