“I've been a regular for a little over a year, flower is my go to there. So let's talk about customer service, in the beginning it was hit or miss. They had this one associate Reagan, she was terrible had to catch her in a good mood to get good service. But she has since parted from the store, her replacement Genn(I think thats the spelling) night and day difference. Every week im in about 3 times a week, she is the best replacement that could've happened! She's extremely upbeat and is always smiling and also she's extremely professional and even provides great insight on products that make it difficult to make a decision. She'll say this is my experience and it really adds to the personal experience and I'm always happy with my purchases. Rapport building skills are off the chain! She is an absolute gem and makes the store feel like a home away from home. Keep her! She is an amazing associate and has real potential to help grow the store! Any company will be lucky to have her! I will remain loyal to esmoke as long as she is part of the company!”
