I usually wrap up my workday around 5 p.m., and since Schewels closes at 6 p.m., I always worry about the crunch for time. However, this time, the staff went above and beyond. They patiently waited for us, giving us the space we needed to make our final choices without any rush. Their willingness to stay a bit later to help us complete the paperwork really stood out—we felt valued and cared for.
After finalizing our selections, they also scheduled the delivery service with remarkable ease, ensuring we understood everything involved. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. “I just bought a dryer over the phone from Gary. I ordered it at 11:30 and it was delivered and installed 3 hrs later. Incredible experience. I am so happy. We will definitely buy any other appliances from them. Seriously amazing and easy. Free delivery, haul away, plug, and even the silver dryer coil. 10/10 recommend”
