Great service and nice inventory. Great selection of shoes and a huge selection of men's and women's clothing, nice collection of books though a bit pricey at 2.5 HB & 1.5 PB.

A nice selection of used clothing. My son tried on a pair of shorts only to discover it was missing a button needed to fasten. That's not a huge deal but be aware of missing buttons, holes, stains, and dry rotted elastic. Overall most of the clothes are nice and definitely a better price than brand new.

This is the best GCF I have ever been in! Their items are very well organized and the quality of the brands are on point! I bought J. Crew, Loft, and a couple more top brand pieces. As far as the pricing goes, all
Goodwill stores have the same exact pricing. Those who are complaining about that must not have ever been in a store like this before. I bought 3 tops and a dress. The tops are $5 and dresses $6. The pricing is very fair! I will for sure be back.

First Goodwill in any State I’ve been in that doesn’t put what you buy in a bag. They sell reusable bags but I don’t think customers should have to buy a bag for what they just purchased. After all they are not Costco or Sam’s Club. While I wouldn’t go back I’m sure many other’s don’t have an issue with that policy.

I’m not sure who’s in charge of pricing at this Goodwill, but they must think they’re running a luxury boutique. Everything in the store was donated for free, yet somehow it’s priced like it came straight off the shelf at a department store. I saw a used shirt priced at half of retail—was it blessed by a celebrity or something? And don’t even get me started on the staff… they acted like I was bothering them by existing. Safe to say, I won’t be back unless I’m looking for comedy material.

I would like to say a special. Thank you to sadie, when I called to make a donation of clothes from my deceased mother-in-law's estate, she said, sure, we'll take some nice clothes and my wife took him over there, Alice and they were so nice when she donated him. It is good to see people helping people in today's world. So if you get a chance, stop by the good will in Mount Airy.
Sincerely.

The store itself is a wonderful store. They have all the clothing items, she's, anything you would need for a decent price. However the customer service is horrible! I just called last night to see if they were open and they gave attitude about it like yeah we're open, and then when I say thank you, their response was whatever. That was a man last night. Today I called, and asked if they had a pair of nice slacks or a suit. The woman said yes they do, so I say thank you, then she just slams the phone down and hangs up. you can tell it was slammed by the sound. Shopping there, is great. I do however believe, whoever worked the night of March 16, 2025 and the morning of March 17th, 2025, should at the least be spoken too about that. As annoying as phone calls and dumb questions may be, you don't be rude to the customer.

Most of the stuff is more expensive than it was brand new, but the worst part is, they will gladly sell you electronics that don’t work and when you return them store, credit is the only option, of course they don’t tell you that before, so you are forced to continue shopping here. I spent $80 on a TV and It was a splurge for Christmas and now I can’t go anywhere else because they will only give you a gift card.
I’ll find somewhere else to donate. This store blows.

Workers there kept eyeing me and my friends and yelled at us, thinking the store is their life and need to protect at all cost. Just chill and go back to putting clothes on the rings.

This person is very rude to people who donate things, My wife went today and just asked if she could have the containers back , This person does not need to work with people.
