The two young ladies in the copy center tonight were amazing 3-20-2025, they helped me print out two pictures actually took my phone an were able to email them , then print them . I give this Store a 5 outta 5 . I wish I would have gotten their first names so I could have posted it here . Thanks Ladies ! Above an Beyond !!!

I am a Grandmother who now has guardianship of her 6 month old grandson. I needed to purchase toner. The sales ladies were extremely helpful. They saw that I was exhausted and in need of some help. They explained to me that by purchasing the toner, that I would receive 30% back. Not only did I purchase toner for my office but I also bought toner for my home as well. They showed me how to use my Staples App. and explained to me that they offer printing services should I need them. They double checked my history to make sure that I was purchasing the correct toner. The also took my recycled toner cartridges and gave me credit for them. There were three ladies and all three of them were so passionate about their jobs and educating me on some different products that Staples has to offer. The customer service did not end there. Faith, helped me and the baby to the car with my 8 boxes of toner and she returned the shopping cart to the store for me. I went into the store feeling exhausted and I left with so much gratefulness in my heart because of these wonderful ladies. Thank you so much for taking your time in answering all of my questions and helping me!!

Don't normally don't complain about anything but today OMG I had the worst experience ever at this location I just needed 6 copies of a book page for church school the guy who helped was very rude super rude he acted all mad he was screaming at me cuz I asked help with the printer machine cuz I didn't has my debit card with me he started screaming that it was 2024 that everyone have a debit card he messed up my copies he didn't wanted to printed out again very rude customer service...

We have always had great service here. My wife had an Amazon return last week and they sent her to send it through Staples. In and Out under two minutes. WoW. They got that organized to a tee. Way to go.
