Disgusting bathroom, obviously had not been cleaned in weeks! Shocking in a place that at one time was so superb throughout all areas. Hire a cleaner if your own employees are to weak to do this type of work. Additionally the store is wreck!

This is where we always get our printer ink, and have copies made. They have a lot of office items!

Staples is Staples. It's the only office supply store in the area that I am aware of. We generally come here for general home office needs. Today we needed copier paper. It's a much better deal to purchase it case but that's a pretty heavy box. The gentleman at the checkout offered to carry it to our car, which was greatly appreciated. I was also looking for a new office task chair and they had a nice selection... just priced a little higher than I am willing to pay so I will continue to shop around for that. They generally have several bins with sale items, which I always enjoy sifting through. All in all this is a nice store with a little bit of everything you could need for your home office.

My husband and I use Staples printing services often and always receive quality products and fast service. My father in law passed recently and we chose to have my father-in-laws obituary booklets printed at the Mount Airy Staples. Marsha took great care of us and really made us feel that she cared about our family's loss. She really went above and beyond to help us and express her genuine sympathy. We are so thankful for Marshas kindness!

Manager Alex was great help. We had a rather large binder order and it would have been easier to just tell me to wait for sale. Alex to the initiative to do some bulk price matching in store from the Staples Online store and have the product direct shipped to our business. The store always has a smiling face and good customer service. They've helped up with chairs, blue prints and other misc office needs in the past. Great group, great location, fair pricing. Great job Staples Mount Airy!

This store is very clean, staff here are professional & greet you, they seem to genuinely want to help you find what you need. I didn't give them 5* only because of the prices of things (like everything else in the usa) sadly I feel great companies like this will one day be out of business due to inflation otherwise this store is nice, it's just hard to buy resume paper here when I can get it $8 cheaper somewhere else.

Good place to buy office supplies and such. They have a large selection most of the time. We also use them for printing sometimes. We can email them large format house plans and they will let us know when they are ready. Checkout was quick and easy. I like that they will email me a receipt and save paper.

I downloaded a pdf file , users manual, for my Brother sewing machine. I called Staples in mt. Airy, nc, to see if they could print me the 104 page manual, spiral bound, with 8 1/2 x 11 paper. They had it ready that afternoon for me to pick up. The employees are super nice, with wonderful service. The cost was very reasonable. Great store!

Always have to wait before anyone can assist you. Seems they may need a couple more employees available. A lot of things I thought you could get done there, they don't do it.

I only gave 2 stars because the men that work there are helpful and polite. However the women who work at this location are beyond rude. Everything is extremely overpriced and the store itself is a mess, don’t expect anything to be where it’s supposed to be.

Was at Staples between 9am and 9:18am to inquire about what kind of bubble wrap I need to get for my laptop and laptop charger so I can pack them into the original box so I can go to Walgreens and ship the box through FedEx. The female associate (I forget her name, wore glasses that's all I can remember) asked about if I'm going to ship my laptop in the original box or inside that box in another box, I asked again about the bubble wrap because I wanted to get that taken care of first, then she gave me an attitude and said she's trying to figure out if I'm shipping my laptop in the original box or inside another box. After a moment of communication, I decided on shipping my laptop inside my original box inside another box. I get the smallest bubble wrap amount possible with a shipping box and packing tape, went to her to check out, and she asked me if I wanted to go to FedEx and see if they got any supplies or if I want them to pack it. I thought about it for a moment, she said "you have to buy the supplies if you plan on using the supplies." I said I know that, and she said not everyone knows that. Disappointed with her demeanor, I said forget it, have a good day. She gave me attitude and disrespect in return, I said "I said have a good day, I'm leaving." She stopped So I talk to the manager in charge I think named Daylam? I remember the first 2 letters of his name being Da and the last 2 letters of his name being am, and I remember a Y as well and his name being 6 letters long, but my memory is scrambled a bit because of what happened next. I told the manager what happened with the associate being disrespectful to me, he asked "how was she being disrespectful?" I repeated the details (at this point I'm trying to summarize so this doesn't wind up being like a chapter long in a book), he decided not to do anything. I turned to my right to walk away and said something on the lines of I can't believe you're not even going to talk to her to resolve this, the manager says "alright let's just drop this!" I said hesitantly "I am dropping this, I'm just trying to leave." (I was because I was walking towards the entrance) The manager says "you're disrespecting my associate!" I replied "if you don't stop I'm going to call corporate." The manager yells out as he gets from behind the counter briskly coming toward my direction around the corner "I'm about to call the police, get out of my store!" I forget what I said next because I was walking out as fast as I could to get out of the hostile environment the manager created, and I was 2 feet away from the entrance and he was a good distance away from me, and he screamed out "GET OUT OF MY STORE!" I called corporate around 10:15am or so and talked to Mike about this. He apologized for what happened and is forwarding my complaint to the senior manager to investigate. I sure hope this "manager" gets terminated, because not only did he act borderline criminal (if I had not walked quickly outside of the store, I fear he might've tried to physically harm me between him quickly running around the corner to come at me and his screaming and threats to call the police and such), he acted like I was a criminal when all I did was address the problem earlier and state I'm about to call corporate and let them handle this situation. Since when can someone consider a customer a criminal when they state they're going to call corporate to file a legitimate complaint against the manager whom is supposed to be setting a good professional example for everyone else? From here on out, I'm going to call ahead of time if I ever need to go back to Staples for anything, which I'm definitely certain I won't need to do so considering I can go to certain Walgreens locations or Walmart for the same supplies. If anyone goes to Staples, steer clear of Daylam (however his name is spelled), and if he is still the
