“This is my neighborhood store. The staff are like close friends now. They are friendly, fun and personable. I am very concerned with the increase of crime directed at this store. They need more security and live patrols. There have been two violent incidents in a very short amount of time. It makes me fear for the safety of the employees.
Update: this store is desperately in need of help. Managers especially! Please come apply!”
“I LOVE this Family Dollar. These ladies are truly part of the community, and I really appreciate how they hold it down every single day. They are always the first ones to open and the last ones to close, making sure the neighborhood has what it needs.
During the recent snowstorm, when almost everything else was closed, this Family Dollar was open and available for the community. A lot of people didn’t make it to the store before the storm hit, and this location stepped up in a real time of need.
If no one else tells you ladies: you are appreciated. Corporate needs to recognize this team and give these employees a raise. They show up for the community, and it deserves to be acknowledged.”

“Was looking for ice trays and couldn't find any. Asked one of the clerks and she took me to them and said there were more up front that were a little bit more expensive $1/$2. Couldn't find the ones up front so another clerk (who was off duty) took me to them. What a nice experience as a consumer. Good job Family Dollar team. ?”
“I’ve been coming to this Family Dollar for awhile now, and it’s definitely gotten better. The store is a lot cleaner, the aisles aren’t messy, and everything feels more organized. The shelves stay stocked more often, so it’s easier to find what I need without hunting around.
You can tell the new store manager and team has really stepped things up.”
“This store is really nice! It's big, stocked very well and lots of room in the isles. The only negatives were there was only one cashier and the line was super long! I had stopped in on my lunch break and standing in line took over half of it away ? there were pleyof other employees in the store stocking but no one came to help. Also, the homeless people sitting by the door begging and walking up to your cars was a little disturbing.”
“Thus is my go-to store for thise last minute items or cute decorations. Staff are friendly and available when I have questions. Store stays clean for the most part except on restock day.”

“This is the closest dollar store to us. The staff is always so friendly and the items always seem to be stocked as soon as possible. The only thing I would note is that the parking lot and sometimes the store remain a tad on the dirty side...but, nothing to stop me from going there to get the essentials”

“This is the best family dollar in the city the manager is the greatest woman in the world she spent nearly a hour helping me straighten out my greendot pre paid card she even did this during her lunch break she definitely deserves her spot as manager”

“I went in and got what I needed. This local store has recently been remodeled, so it's nice and clean. The checkout has been arranged and is more distinguishable. The layout of the store is also better. Seems like there is more space and organized for the most part.”
“This is my neighborhood dollar general and i love coming here they are always nice. Recently the manager and staff had a raffle for a free Christmas tree and to my surprise i won. I really wasn’t expecting much but they went all out i got a 7 foot tree and a bunch of decorations this really made my year. I would’ve been treeless if it wasn’t for you guys and i truly appreciate it”

“Busy with people picking up last minute Christmas wrapping supplies and in fact, they're out of wrapping paper. Lots of bags and bows and tissue paper but no wrapping paper.
I love how when they decide to open another checkout register, people who were not waiting in line just jump ahead. Ignorant.”
“Love this store for the cheap candy and variety of items. Store is always cluttered with items to be stocked and can be busy, overall I look passed all of those issues because savings > messy. The staff has always been pleasant with the amount of people they see each day. Always recommend great stores that you can save money at.”
“I went in about almost closing for dog food, every other store kept meeting at the door saying there were closed when the sigh had a different hour listed (ummmm yea)with a nasty attitude as if I did something., I'd say find another job if ur miserable.for the company to have a person in that manner is not good for business (way to go employee of the month (DG Store).

“Absolutely love the people who work here. They are always helpful and kind. The manager Cole is awesome as is the other gentleman named Dennis. They always have a smile on their face and are eager to help you find what you are looking for. I've never had a bad experience. The manager even carried my bag of dog food out to my car for me since the carts won't go outside the store.”
