“I had a very challenging air leak problem on an older truck with nearly 900,000 miles of abuse on it from a previous owner.Tom, the service manager took a personal interest in correcting the multiple problems and was not satisfied until he could confidently put me back in service.I have never had a better experience in over 20 years of trucking. He even called me the next day to make sure I was alright.If anyone is in or around the Charlotte area and has truck issues don’t even consider going anywhere else. “I got stranded due to a vehicle malfunction and after waiting for hours for AAA and calling nearly a dozen towing companies in the area, I got in touch with a real human being at Goodfellas (at 2 AM!) and they were to me within an hour. Butch came out and took excellent care to get my vehicle loaded up safely and securely and get me and my vehicle home. The entire staff was very friendly and polite.”
