“Thank you, Stanley automotive!!! For fixing my 26 year-old Toyota Tundra. My truck is now driving great with the new suspension parts and drive shaft parts. They restored the drive height and the steering mechanism. It almost feels like a brand new truck in those regards. This work was done at a super reasonable price. Highly recommend their shop. Thanks again!!!”

“My car repairs were PERFECT! My car repairs far exceeded my expectations. They took such care to clean, and return my car in the best condition. The customer service was amazing, George kept in contact with us every step of the way, and made everything seamless. I just dropped the car off and as the motto says, “They took it from there”. I really appreciated the attentive and friendly service we received. The repairs were beautiful and spoke for themselves. Thank you Wilson’s for bringing my car back to life! I appreciate everything you guys did for us, THANK YOU!”

“My car was towed here and the first 2 times I called I got no answer so then I left a voicemail and Irvin the new owner called me back. He was very nice with explaining the process and fees. Upon picking up my car, it wouldn’t start for some reason despite it was working fine 24 hours prior. Irvin tried jump starting my car but unfortunately didn’t work. He then offered to tow my car for free to my mawmaw house. Great dude just trying to start off on the right foot with a business he just took over.”

“I got stranded due to a vehicle malfunction and after waiting for hours for AAA and calling nearly a dozen towing companies in the area, I got in touch with a real human being at Goodfellas (at 2 AM!) and they were to me within an hour. Butch came out and took excellent care to get my vehicle loaded up safely and securely and get me and my vehicle home. The entire staff was very friendly and polite.”

“If you're looking for a reliable, professional, and honest towing and recovery service, look no further than Hickory Auto Recovery. I had the pleasure of working with Chris Pence, the owner, and I can confidently say that he runs an outstanding operation. From the moment I called, I was impressed with how quickly he responded and the level of care he showed for my situation. Chris is genuinely dedicated to providing top-notch service and it shows in everything he does. His extensive knowledge of the towing and recovery industry was evident, and he took the time to explain the process thoroughly, which put my mind at ease. He handled everything with professionalism and efficiency, and I never once felt like I was being overcharged or misled — something that can unfortunately be common in the industry. Hickory Auto Recovery offers a wide range of services, but it’s the customer service that sets them apart. Whether you're stuck on the side of the road or need a vehicle transported, Chris and his team will make sure you’re taken care of quickly and safely. He went above and beyond to ensure my experience was as smooth as possible, and I felt truly valued as a customer. It’s clear that Chris cares about his customers and is passionate about running an ethical business. I highly recommend Hickory Auto Recovery to anyone in need of towing or recovery services. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!”
