Their service is also awesome! They deliver to Virginia Beach several times a week. We have often ordered large 50+ lbs bags of dog food from them online one evening, then awoke the next morning to find the food + treats sitting on our porch early in the morning.Their customer service is excellent, as well. When we've had questions, we email and receive responses (either via email, or callbacks for more complex questions) usually the same day.Our dogs also love the free samples they give.I remember 12 years ago thinking that this kind of customer service was so unparalleled that it couldn't possibly last as this company grew. Glad they proved me wrong! We won't purchase dog food from anyone else.”

“This place is awesome had a collar go bad it was two weeks out of warranty . Was told to bring it in for a replacement . To say the least I was very pleased . Went to get collar the young man at counter did not have the best personality but whatever . He did do his job and got me all squared away ! I feel like this business has the best prices you can get hands down 5 star all the way and will defineatly be doing all my dog tracking needs and more here! Thank you outdoor dog supply!!!”
