They didn't try to push anything on me. In fact, the opposite. If I ask for something and they don't feel the tank needs it or is ready yell me not to buy it.
They have a fantastic stock of coral to select from of which they make sure you get
The right type for the waynthe tank is set up.
It's a bit of a drive for me but worth it.”

“Lost our 3yr old bearded dragon, Stan-Leigh, and was just wandering around working through the emotions when we found Simply Pets. Decided to just browse and see what their selection was, and their dragon selection was great. Juveniles to adults. Wanted to take a bunch home, but settled on Pine Cone, a 3-4 month old Piebald female. Super healthy and growing fast. Their selection of bugs, pre-made salads and everything you need is better than the other local name brand pet stores.”

“I don’t normally shop at a pet store as everything seemed so convenient “online;”however, when a food shipment for my new sphynx kitten didn’t show up as expected I told myself NEVER AGAIN. I want to be able to walk into a store and buy my cats “special food” and have complete control. Sure, things may be a little more expensive but you don’t buy a sphynx without that expectation to begin with. Especially when you get the customer care both Anthony( store manager) and Kayleigh (customer associate) greet you with at the Petco off Hanbury road. They both were diligent in finding the perfect fit to my kittens needs. If Anthony didn’t know something, he used his handy dandy electronic tool to figure it out about his products. Kayleigh went right to the product she felt would meet my need, and after much research that in fact was the perfect fit. Thanks so much Anthony and Kayleigh for making me a new loyal customer! “Petsmart is my favorite place to shop, I like all the different brands of pet food they have for my dogs as well as the assortment of pet toys and and other supplies they are always on sale. I also take advantage of the delivery service as well when > can't make it to the store
Most of the workers are friendly and aways willing to help you. So.etimes you may run across one or two who are lazy as I did yesterday while shopping with my granddaughter , we were purchasing fish for her fish tank the young lady was standing there we immediately spotted the fish we wanted tetras and I stead of asking us if she could help us she walked away. I waited for several minutes she returned a.d went into a area that said employees only. I 2aited an additional 5 min she never came out!! Finally I went to the register and asked the cashier to page someone to help me with the fish. Well low and behold she came out the room on her cell phone. I was hot!! because at least 15 min had passed.I let her know I was not happy. But like I said most times things are good. I go to the Petsmart in Chesapeake Va in the Greenbrier area.”

“Wednesday 11/6/24 I went in just looking for a dog, not expecting to get one that day. I had everything ready for getting a puppy but I did not think I would get my heart stolen so early. I called ahead to see what dogs they had and Asia listed all of them. I was in the VA beach area and by the time I got there it was close to closing. Asia ended up letting me see the Corgi they had and I fell in love. Asia stayed late to make sure I can take my sweet girl home with me. Asia was absolutely amazing and super kind! She did not have to stay late and I kept apologizing but she said she would rather see this sweet girl go home. My little Rosie came home with me that night and the following day I was able to get her into the vet. She is in perfect condition and I couldn’t have found a better mommy’s girl than my little Rosie. And I owe it all to Asia.”
