“Called and talked with Frank, the storage manager. I explained my situation and he bent over backwards to get me the storage spaces I needed for a couple months while I was moving to the area. He even gave me a couple extra days if I needed it to move everything out. I did not need it, but it was a very nice gesture and a great way to build a solid reputation. The storage units were clean and very accessible. Thank you for a great experience and if I ever need storage again, I know where I will be going.”
