Mattress had a flat spot in it. No ice when we questioned front desk they acted like it had only just happened but other staff inadvertently revealed it has been out of service for some time

This location was ok. The mattress was too hard and not a good night's sleep

The service is good. Had a billing problem cant remember lady's name called on Sunday and she resolved the problem and called me back at 627 pm. Rooms need remodel. Ok for a night.
