“This gas station is quick, lovely staff, and efficient but the bathroom doesn’t seem to be cleaned regularly. The toilets are unusable if you’re a woman. Pizza is always a good choice though.”

“There are plenty of convenience marts, SERVICE makes a difference. The staff at Joe Brown Quick Mart are always friendly, helpful, and engaging. Plus, they make an awesome BBQ SANDWICH! It's almost a daily ritual for several of us at the shop.”

“It's convenient, especially if you have a credit card ?, and you need to buy gas after hours! I like that you can even swipe your Ingles Advantage Card, and use your points at the pump, as well !”
“Quick service, and clean surroundings. It would be nice if this and other stores were open on Saturday. For the working class that only have weekends off to take care of errands. 8:30- 1:30 would be great. Just do a practice run. If it takes,that would create increased revenue!!! Alot of people can't make it there during the week.”

“The store was clean and we'll kept. It was larger than your typical gas station offering a wider variety of products. The pumps were odd, though. Maybe from years of use, one of the pumps was out of order due to an issue with the pump. The one we used wouldn't keep a consistent flow, clicking off several times. Given the fact it was 20 degrees outside at the time, I didn't fill my tank.”

“Wonderful company with wonderful customer service. Stephanie was extremely helpful and kind, Mike and Keith were amazing as well. My parents were thinking about switching companies until dealing with these 3 individuals yesterday, and they were able to salvage the relationship and keep my parents as happy customers. Mike and Keith came out yesterday to check for a leak, took care of everything, then came back out today and installed new logs for our fireplace. Stephanie was extremely helpful and kind when we went to the shop to look at logs, and we couldn’t have been happier!”

“10/10. Mishean (I could have that name wrong) always greets us with hospitality and Laura always makes the best breakfast sandwiches. The store is always clean. I could do without the Fox News but I know where I live so it doesn’t bother me. Great place to stop in for convenience!”
