Worst service I've ever had to encounter. They never deliver mail/packages. So you have to pick things up everytime you order something. Why pay these people?
Then once you get there to pickup everyone in town is in line and they have one person there whose extremely slow. Its very inconvenient, aggravating and I think they need a whole new staff to grasp the concept of putting items in mailboxes, reading and ability to move faster than a sloth.
Sad that we are forced to deal with this.

Rural USPS is worthless now. They refuse to deliver to your house. EVERY PACKAGE MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE POST OFFICE NOW. I HATE THE USPS.

They do not deserve 1 star. You can not get anyone on the phone. They deliver some people's stuff to there house but never mine and they say there is no code to enter exactly just a mailbox. I ha e pics of unused box that they did not put my package in. If we pay your salary then deliver the product stop making us come pick it up not our job. We paid to ha e it delivered not for us to use our gas to do your job. When you are ask to give a call back return the Damn call. You need to ha e employees up front more than one helping all the people that have to do your job and pick it up at the post office. Also when you take down the American Flag FOLD IT. Do t lay it over your arm to put on a shelf to wait til morning to ve carried out folded over your arm. You are supposed to be UNITED STATES POST OFFICE. Show some respect for the flag. People come on Get a grip.

I agree with the statements made about home delivery! It’s the worst! Unless it’ can’t be shoved in your mailbox you don’t get it!
Plus our delivery person has been putting someone else’s mail in our mailbox that clearly shows a different address!
The in post office people are really great 👍👍

Had a collector doll delivered in my mailbox and the squeezed it in but it did t fit all the way so they left the mailbox open with the end sticking out and it rained and ruined the doll box

As so many reviews, they are not delivering to my address but other businesses like Home Depot, Walmart, UPS, FedEx does. According to the mail carrier, they cannot turn around on my rural street therefore they are not allowed to drive to the house. What ?
Truth is, they don't need to work, they get paid either way and not bad I might add, we bail them out so they can continue this behavior. Private businesses would not dare!

I had a note in my mailbox that said they could not reverse out of my driveway so can't deliver boxes the thing is is there's a handicap ramp at the door for a reason.. I was then told to leave a box or storage bin for them to leave boxes at, which I've done three times now, and three times the storage bins have been stolen from next to my mailbox, because I assume people think that it's free or trash. I'm going to have to end up buying a $300 mailbox that has a box attached to it just to get packages which doesn't make sense to me seeing as how the UPS truck navigates it with zero issue. This is the first time I've ever had issues with a post office and I have houses in four different states thanks to the Army. Ill update as to how the mail box solution works out or not.

Seems to be common, says " unable to deliver " , empty mailbox, won't leave at door and priority mail! Try to call wasted 3/4 day calling, never picked up. I'll try postmaster, just have very little faith. Sad storied service.

Get email stating packages are delivered. But guess what no packages. Call and be told it was delivered to wrong address will be there tomorrow, get one package but the other one is no where to be found. Go to office was to receive a call back but did not happen Call again and was told it was delivered but was not then told it will be there the next day. How can that be when they just said it was delivered. This place needs some help! Very bad business.

One of the worst. They employ drivers that refuse to deliver packages claiming they are unable to reach the house even though I'm right on the road and have had semi trucks deliver to the house with no issues. Also sometimes the packages are marked as "delivered" but never are found.
