Unlike other parts stores around where some employees really don't know much about working on cars all they know is what they can find out online and by typing in parts numbers. “The owner, Solis, has great customer service skills. I brought my Lexus here about a month ago after it was sideswiped by a semi. The repair took about a week. When I got the car back, it looked nearly brand new—but I soon noticed the passenger-side window wouldn’t roll down fully. Turns out the window regulator wasn’t aligned properly. Since the accident impacted that side, I figured they had removed panels, but just to clarify: the window worked perfectly before I brought it in.
I brought the car back, and Solis immediately apologized and fixed it on the spot, no questions asked—he even offered complimentary food and drinks while I waited.
Fast forward to today, I was driving a friend home and when she tried to get out, the door wouldn’t open. The interior handle linkage hadn’t been reconnected. I also noticed overspray and orange peel under the door handle. So once again, I brought it back. And once again, Solis was extremely apologetic—he stopped what he was doing and took care of it right away. I appreciate that he owned up to the team’s mistakes and acted quickly to make it right. That says a lot about his integrity.
