I would say that if you are buying used, make sure you take a close look at your car so that any problems that you might see may be addressed before you buy. I found a few problem areas with my vehicle but they were minor (cosmetic). The team did work with me to do their best to resolve them for me and made me feel that I had their full support. All-in-all, it was the best dealership experience I have had so far.”

Picked up some paint on my driver side doors from brushing some parking lot cones.Brandon was quick to give me a quote. The pricing was very fair, and also completed the work quicker the promised, so great work to the team there. Fixed door panels look perfect after the buffing, can barely tell where the damage was. “Traveling from Maine to Florida we had a breakdown about 4:30 in the afternoon 20 miles north of Rocky Mount,NC. Called AAA because they have your back, right. I don't normally pull a trailer but had one this trip. Offered to pay for trailer coverage on phone but they couldn't do that...I'm finished with AAA after 12 years and one call they say no can help. J & J towing robbed us at $450 for a 20 mile tow but he did take us to the local Dodge dealer where we spent the night in our Sprinter Van at 34 degrees. When the dealership opened our luck changed. Everyone there was very nice and helpful and set us up in their employee conference lounge and stopped by to see if we needed anything. One of the ladies checked on motels for us when service advised we would be there for a few days as parts needed to be ordered. Lunch time that day we offered the buy the dealership pizza for lunch, they said thanks but no. They provided us with a car to go to lunch and also offered us a car to go to the motel, we declined and they drove us to the motel and picked us up when we requested. A sign in the employee area: Things money can't buy, 1-manners, 2-morals, 3-respect, 4-character, 5-common sense, 6-trust, 7-patience, 8-class, 9-integrity, 10-love. This was not a BS sign as all treated us that way...who does that especially a car dealer. I'm 79 and have bought many vehicles at many dealerships and I can attest that these guys are a number of notches above any dealership I've ever been in. Thanks; Tony,Josh,Kevin,Michael, Mildred and all the gals we joked with and interacted with...thanks again!! 5 stars”

“My experience here was amazing!! Talk about southern hospitality! I just moved here from Dallas. I've experienced so many lack luster unprofessional places since moving here to Rocky Mount. The staff at this Rocky Mount location made me feel so much better. My starter went out. Ms Keyunna called her personal mechanic, even had several lifelong customers jump in to help! Not to mention the possible theft insident at this location which is in a not so great area. Even with all of this going on, never once did they miss a beat!! They need some sort of merit raise for always going above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable. Honor this staff here!! By giving them their due public recognition.”

After striking a deer on I-95 South (over five hours from home), our insurance company directed us to Gerber to get our car back on the road. The damage was extensive, and we were worried that our vehicle was beyond repair.
