Avoid this bank. Currently I am filing complaints with the Federal reserve bank against them. I deposited 2 cashier's checks that were identical. They decided to hold one for over a week in violation of banking laws. I have had a lot more issues with them, the issues are their corporate policies that appear to try to increase profitability by holding on to its customers funds for as long as possible by hook and crook. The branch is nice but the bank itself is terrible.

. There is only one chance to ask for clarification on areas one may have questions with. Many parts of a loan. Similar to building a house, I expect people to ask me questions. It's the process that people may question, not those who are conducting the process. there is no one else present to ask. We all have our own expertise and asking questions and answering to the best of one's ability is part of the process. After all the X's are signed, it's too late. Not a reflection on BB&T. Numerous people involved in the process. It was obvious they have done many of these closings and the process went well. Professional.

Ever since Truist took over, it's been a hassle doing business with this bank. Have called twice this morning, can't get a human on the phone. The wait to speak to a human is over 60 minutes. Last time I was there in person, it was by appointment only. Hey, covid is OVER, let the customers back in the building. About to pull my funds out and take them to a higher quality institution... if I can ever get my call through.

Have dealt with this branch location many times. Always have had excellent service with the commercial and personal side. Tellers are always police and helpful. I've had multiple transactions specifically with Ann Little and Lilli Horne and have had nothing but prompt, knowledgeable and personable service. Great team!

Terrible bank... wire transfers get lost with no explanation... the tellers don't understand simple concepts like a cashier's check. The "T" used to stand for trust... not anymore apparently.
