I had a horrible experience with the car i rented. The service engine came on and had to exchange my car instead they exchange to a small crashed car and the lady was very rude

I had a reservation for a car a day in advance. In the morning I cycle to the airport to be told that they don't have any cars today. Nobody called me, nobody texted me. I had to cancel all my plans to rent a car. This has never happened in my life.

Did online check in was in and out. Great car new model. Checkout also very fast.
