No matter where I go, I am always receiving compliments on the earrings and Audra's work is beautiful. In addition, I recently reached out to Audra Customer Service to ask if I could get some earrings repaired that had broken over time due to wear and carrying them with me when I travel. I happily offered to pay for the repairs however, Audra emailed me back within a few hours asking me to ship them to her. She repaired every pair of earrings I sent and mailed them back to me in less than a week. You CANNOT find better customer service. “The ladies in here are professional and experienced. I took my daughter here for her first ear piercings. They are amazing and keep a good sterile work area. They are unfazed by the ouch-jump reactions and even had tissues in hand for tearing. They also offer after piercing ear care guidance and a spray. The children's selection for earrings are nice and we went with amethyst studs with gold. Pricing is on point. It's in an actual store space, not like the middle of the mall kiosks you might see at other malls. Overall I'm impressed!”
