“I have used Ross Beebe and inter Banks Properties for both buying and selling of property and as rental agent and have found Ross competent and responsive in a business-like manner. I will use Ross again if need arises.”

“I moved into one of their rentals located in Fairfield harbour 8 months ago. The whole process was smooth. Anytime I have questions or need anything, Ashley is amazing, she will take care of you! Randy works around the house and is always considerate, polite and does great work. Miss Margaret is the best landlord, firm and fair, and checks in on us. Follow the rules of the agreement, and you are good. I couldn't ask to rent from a better team.”

“Worked with Trey on a project and buying a personal house. He is communicative and personal! Highly recommend for anyone going through the home buying experience! And they have contacts for good hard working contractors and people all across the area.”

“I rented an apartment through this company for a year and a half. Anytime something would need to be repaired or replaced I would put in a maintenance request, and they would send someone out within 24 hours. For example, my AC was acting up, and it was in the summer. I reported it, and they had someone out first thing the next morning. I also just moved out in April, and I was not charged more than I felt was reasonable, and I received my security deposit back in a timely manner. I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure.”
