Poor customer service. They act like it is a bother when you call about one of their rental properties. They definitely dont need to be in the property management business.

They are the agent that manages 4 properties for me. They keep my rentals filled consistently. They inspect quarterly so I can have minor repairs done while they are still small. They do a good job in finding tenants who will take care of my properties.

I’ve never been a big fan of HOA’s. I’ve typically found them to be obstructive and less than eager to help. Imagine my surprise when dealing with Leslie and Amanda regarding an architectural review project for my home. They were friendly, professional, and extremely fast. Very pleased with their service.
