Melissa was communicative, prompt and professional. She quickly answered questions and reached out to the owner as needed. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a rental or property manager.

Rivertowne has been tremendous. They helped me transition my property from a short-term rental into a long-term rental. They were very active and proactive in identifying changes that needed to occur and obtaining a quality renter, which was done in days. I highly, highly recommend them.

We have been working with Melissa, who is managing any renter concerns and assuring timely rental payments. For the very few renter concerns we remain in contact with Melissa by phone or text and resolve the concerns immediately. The renter is satisfied and we are pleased to be abreast of our rental. Thanks Rivertowne.
