“I moved here from the Nashville, TN area. Within a month of moving to New Bern, I found this beautiful home, albeit super large for just myself, but Kristi was willing to work with me. However, my credit was not up to par. I mentioned taking it back to the owner to pay for the full year in advance. The owner agreed. I loved the home, minus a few flaws, but Rivertowne Rentals was quick to resolve them all! The staff has always been great to deal with whether by phone, through their portal, or by email. I cannot thank them enough for giving me my first year in New Bern a stellar year! Thank you, thank you, thank you!”

“Bearfoot landing is a great place to live. Maintenance and management are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If you have an issue, they will do their best to resolve it. The grounds are clean and well maintained and the tenants are respectful and seem to follow suit. Overall, a nice, peaceful landing spot.”
