To reserve a unit through their customer service and utilize the online website was super easy. Any trouble that I experienced, was efficiently and effectively resolved in a timely manner. They also provide a lock for your unit that directly connects with your phone via an app.

At valley Storage they treat you and make you feel like you part of the Valley storage family they're very nice they take time to explain everything to you that you need to know as a renter of a unit. I would recommend them to family and friends thank you Valley Storage for all that you do to make your renters still welcome

Front desk was the kindest, most genuine and very helpful. She had me in and out with a jiffy. Unit was clean. Prices are very reasonable!!
