They can improve there call time. When you call, you can never get anyone on the phone. Even when you call first thing at 8am in the morning. I was on hold for about 30 minutes one time. And was the second caller. SMH

Whenever I try to pick up medicine here the staff will not give it to me. If I call before I go and confirm the prescription is ready they still will not give it to me when I arrive at the pharmacy.
