On a Saturday, I really needed my dog's prescription filled and the MLK location was closed. This team went out of their way to locate the prescription from the vet and get it completed in an hour! Way to go! Ms. G. (pup) thanks you, too. The treats were awesome! Nothing but compliments for this pharmacy team!

This store has gone down hill this past year especially the pharmacy which never seems to have the medication ready or has multiple excuses for not having it , I have waited weeks for a medication this month that I have been getting there for years .Every time I get my pills there are people who are having to argue about something that's wrong with what they had gotten or wasn't available due to multiple new staff and new Pharmacists .I have switched to another pharmacy but still have to pick up there for one pill I have to take. The rest of the store seems so much better .

I received a call from the pharmacist stating I had no address on file or it had been changed, when I questioned what happened because this same location had filled this same prescription for the last 3 mi tha with no issuers I was told that it did not patter and she was asking the questions and she could refuse it just because, I asked for the last 3 times it had been filled and she replied with the dates but said she could not see the location it was picked up at, which I found very odd. I asked a few more questions and came to the pick up location to which she replied I never told you that but I will take care of the people who filled it before and proceeded to not only refuse to fill it but also cancelled the last refills so no one else could fill it. This make a lot more since as to why other refills have just been cancelled when I went to pick them up I. The past with no explanation.

Literally the worst pharmacist at the Neuse Blvd location. I love the Glenburnie location but had to switch for a new medication I'm on due to Neuse being open on the weekends. Will be switching back. I HATE being judged based on the medication I'm prescribed! Ma'am you SHOULD NOT be in this line of work!

Walgreens has always been a first class business model, they clearly know, how to take care of their customers. They provide needed medications, they also sell snack foods & soft drinks, including providing various other services; which enhances their local community. They are a unique beneficial part,by easily giving, the locals & visitors alike; excellent customer service....

This is so disconcerting when a pharmacy that dose this kide of work dose not know how to file insurance for meds. Also the company seem to think the new hours are a binifit for them and not the customer. Many people in line being to it will be a minute but it takes much longer; do you believe people can do the work in less time hence the new hours.

Literally the worst customer service I've ever had. If I can give less than one store I would please don't have your prescriptions filled.

In the last year, only one time did I not spend at least 20 min waiting in the pharmacy drive thru lane. At some point it's poor management if you're perpetually understaffed or if all your staff is simply incapable of multitasking.

Pharmacy closed on weekends. Tried calling the store to ask when the pharmacist would be on duty, let's just say I was still on hold after I drove from new Bern airport to Walgreens, talked to the cashier while still on hold. No updates on automated system for pharmacist hours changed. No updates to hours in Google.

I thought long and hard about this review before I wrote it. I even whispered a prayer because this is just my opinion no one else's. Plus I love this store. The service I recieved at the front and photo section were 1000% on point. The service I recieved at the pharmacy was -1000%. I didn't disrespect the young lady or anything because I didn't know if she was having a bad day, her heart wasn't in the job, if she had brought her home life to work, or didn't understand how important her job (smile fake/real, customer service, appearance, a few minutes of her time makes) is. Went in for a scheduled appointment about a week ago. I arrived 10min before my appointment and after waiting 20mins past my appointment I brought to her attention I was still waiting. She was so rude that one of her co-workers stopped eating her lunch to try to smooth it over. I looked out into nowhere in silence. Not realizing 2 elderly women were watching me. One said sad right and the other said don't mind her she's mean all of the time. Not tryna get the young lady in trouble or anything jus wanna bring awareness you may be the only person some of us interact wit all day, week, month so please think (how do I want people to feel after they leave here) and don't mess up the brand (WalGreens).

I first want to state that this is not our normal pharmacy (I am glad it isn’t) but it was the only one opened on a Sunday that takes my insurance. This is directed to the pharmacy. I first went through the drive through with one sick kid and the other was hyper. I get up to the window were they said the medication was not ready and to drive around. I did so. One of my kids needed to use the bathroom. I decided to wait inside, thinking it would be faster. I waited in another line for a ridiculous amount of time while holding a sick kid and a hyper one next to me. Once I got up to the counter it only took about 5 minutes. Total time I spent waiting for a child’s medication to help them not get sick took a total of 1 hour. They had about 5 or 6 people behind the counter and yet they seemed to be working at a snails pace. To me this is completely unacceptable and extremely aggravating. There needs to be something done to ensure customers are not waiting an hour for their medication.I am so thankful that this is not my regular pharmacy.
