Had a problem with my phone, 4 employees there, took the young lady 2 minutes to fix my phone, all were attentive and very courteous!! Will go there again if I need anything phone wise!!??

I'm personally not a huge fan of Carolina West as a company, but the staff at this store was very knowledgeable and helpful. They even got me a discount on a case and screen protector for my device. I'll be coming to this store for any of my needs.
