She knows her stuff so pay attention if you're out of the electronic loop. Heck, even if you are not out of the loop you still might learn something you didn't know. So remember people, Radio Shack is not gone, it is just in a low power mode. And this location is bringing it back with style and grace!”

“I am 100 % satisfied with Aaron's in Newport, NC, I went online and picked out what I wanted to find out I wasn't approved for that much. But the manager called me up on the next business day and left a message for me on my voice mail to call her back and she would see what she could do, I was a little hesitant because I didn't want to hear bad news. So I called her back and I told her what I wanted and she said let me reach out to my district manager and see if he can approve my order, and I said OK and waited for a call back which I was saying yeah I have no chance at getting approved but I was wrong and I got both items I wanted with next day delivery and I've been loving my flat screen tv and ps5 gaming system and I will definitely deal with the Newport nc store every time I need to purchase something new. Great management and great employees which gives the best customer service you could ever ask for.”

“I’m an Bogue battery customer for life!! Extremely satisfied with bogue battery. Approximately 10 months ago I installed a 12V trolling motor on my sons skiff with an interstate battery (we do professional trolling motor installs regularly for customers). After only a few uses my son said that something wasn’t right. I kept the interstate battery charged and it still didn’t let the trolling motor perform to its fullest. After much dismay I took the interstate battery back to interstate and they were LESS THAN HELPFUL (and we carry interstate batteries). I then went to bogue battery and had an extremely eye opening conversation with the owner, that led me to try the bogue battery for my son’s trolling motor. After ONE use my son reported that the trolling motor worked better faster and lasted MUCH longer than the previously installed battery. I’m NOT trying to slander one company over another, I’m just sharing personal experience with a product that is NEEDED to perform properly.”

“Went to Gene's audio in October just to get a backup camera. Then I saw a subwoofer that matched perfectly with my stereo system. Told them to go ahead and install. When I came back to my surprise, they had switched out the 8-in subwoofer for an 11-in subwoofer and read my mind for about the same price. He knew I wanted the bass but knew I was limited on funds so he gave me a really good deal on 11-in subwoofer. Plus it wouldn't work where I originally wanted it under the back seat and He switched to the tire well. A gene has been in the business for a long time and is very knowledgeable about all his products. His staff is just as knowledgeable and they're all just as friendly as they can be. I couldn't be happier with my installation or my experience with Genes audio. I've had five cars done by Gene, all car audio. Except for one radio failure. I have never had any of his work go bad. And when I had an issue even though it was 1 year old he fixed it at no charge.”

“I visited your Morehead City location 8/4/25 to pick up a previously ordered screen protector when I checked in I asked the representative if I could have someone put it on for me he said yes but it would be a short wait as they had customers ahead of me which was fine I wasn’t in a rush. Next rep confirms my name and asks to see id he was going to get my item from the back , when I told him I’d like to have the protector put on my phone he replied “oh you can wait for someone else I won’t help you with that “ well ok then . Next associate Mike comes by to assist , I told him the last person said they wouldn’t help me when I asked for the protector put on my phone , he was more than helpful and I appreciated his patience answering a couple questions I had.
