“I am 100 % satisfied with Aaron's in Newport, NC, I went online and picked out what I wanted to find out I wasn't approved for that much. But the manager called me up on the next business day and left a message for me on my voice mail to call her back and she would see what she could do, I was a little hesitant because I didn't want to hear bad news. So I called her back and I told her what I wanted and she said let me reach out to my district manager and see if he can approve my order, and I said OK and waited for a call back which I was saying yeah I have no chance at getting approved but I was wrong and I got both items I wanted with next day delivery and I've been loving my flat screen tv and ps5 gaming system and I will definitely deal with the Newport nc store every time I need to purchase something new. Great management and great employees which gives the best customer service you could ever ask for.”

“Shelia was very helpful but since her computor internet was down she refered me to the Jillians website were i ordered the bed we wanted then when i went back and talked to Cyndi the next day found out they had it in stock so she cancelled my order and had them refund my delivery charge worked out great cause i found out the rails were not in stock so i would have had to wait a month to receive. So it all worked out in the end and now we got the bed before we moved to our new house. Both of these ladies were great and we will be back to but more furniture after we move and settle down. Great job ladies.”

As a very indecisive couple, we ran into people not being so patient and seem to be annoyed, but that’s not James! James shows us things that we were looking for and then gives us time to run back-and-forth around the store like the crazy people are. He checks on us periodically, but he never hovers.”

“Shopped here about two months ago and had the best experience. The owner was so helpful and friendly. I bought two bar height chairs and since he didn't have the middle insert (little table) that I wanted, he called their other store and made sure it would be ready when we got there to pick it up. I will definitely be shopping here again!”
