Each employee at Speedlube go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. I have used their services for many years, mainly for oil changes and inspections. I had a tire that had a slow leak when I visited on Monday, October 27th. John A. not only put air in my tire; he found a huge screw in my tire. He also gave me recommendations for where to take my car to have the tire plugged.. These are good people who keep my car road worthy, and have me in and out in hardly anytime.I am grateful to have them in my life. Go to Speedlube for a seamless and satisfying experience . “I visited the Hickory location yesterday, 12/3/25, for an oil change. Brandon and Aiden were the friendly team members who greeted me and handled business. They did an outstanding job and made sure everything was right before I left. I got the full synth for around $86 but needed an extra half quart added plus $7 shop fee, so the total was $98.98. I was able to use a coupon that was emailed to me for $25 off, so I feel like I got a great deal! They helped me out by installing wiper blades I had purchased but hadn’t been able to get on. Both are excellent at what they do and it’s really a lot of work in a very short period of time. The receipt has a whole list of service items they checked out. I’ve been to this location before and never left a review, but I’m always impressed by the team work/service there. Thanks!”
“One of my tires was low on air, so I stopped in on the way to a meeting to see if they could help out. 5 minutes later I was on my way. Will definitely be back. Found out that they do oil changes and safety inspections as well.”
“I normally do my own oil changes at home. However I went to the shop after I discovered my bolt was stuck in the oil pan. I figured they would have the tools get it loose. First tech said they could do it, second tech said he already tried and it wouldn't come off. Once I got bad news that it was completely stripped, I thought I was going to have to go to a actual shop. That's when Dan showed up. He said he's got it. Man, did he. He had that rounded bolt off in less than 5 mins. Then they put a new plug in for free. This is above and beyond was I was expecting from a 10 min oil change place. If I had to recommend a place it would be this one.”

“I was guided into the bay within 2 minutes of parking outside the store. The whole process took around 15-20 minutes start to finish. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful; they didn't try to upsell me on anything my car did not need and recommended I seek transmission service at a transmission shop.
Would definitely come to this location again.”
