“After a horrible night waiting over 6 hours for AAA to show, which they never did and they cancelled my tow call, I was rescued by John at 1:30 AM in Newton. Great guy, showed up, and that's better than AAA, and had my car loaded and on the way to my mechanic and I was home in an hour. Highly recommend their services. If I ever need a tow again I know who to call!!!”

“I've had these guys tow numerous cars and different scenarios. They are careful with your cars and are more timely than AAA ( get me wrong AAA is great, but if you don't have tag and insurance they won't cover it) these are local guys to Catawba County and the surrounding counties can I get there when you call them if they're busy they'll be there soon as they're done. They're also the most reasonably priced so Gilma try next time you need tow!!!”
“Had my brakes go out on my truck, caliper seized, then broke free and ripped the hose, lost pressure and hope for the day. Ray took the truck immediately, had a price within 30 minutes and fixed it without sending me to the poor house. Good shop, better folks, great service.”

“I dropped my car off this past Saturday to get my back brakes and rotors replaced, and they did an amazing job! But what really topped it was, when I took my car back home after leaving the shop, I engaged my electrical parking brake and later that night I couldn't disengage it to go back out. So come to find out that they had accidentally left it in service mode. I reached out to them today and explained the entire situation, and they came out and towed my car back to the shop and took care of it! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of service because they will continue to get mine! Thank you again!”

“I haven't written a review in quiet awhile but these guys were top notch. As a single mom most places try to take advantage of you when your car breaks down. I knew what needed fixed and talked to several different places all trying to upsell me rather than fix what was broken. Transpecialists Ordered my part, fixed it and had me back on the road in no time. They were patient and fair in their pricing. I would recommend them 1000X over !!”
