I didn’t use Hickory wrecker service, but I just called them to pick up my son on the side of the road, and he was scheduling a pick up… but then he offered me a suggestion of wrecker service that might be much cheaper based on where my son was sitting. I thought that was amazing of him to think to do that. I’ll for sure call them again next time we need a tow. You don’t see that kind of thoughtfulness out of businesses much anymore.”

“My husband and I drive to Georgia to buy a vehicle. On our way home something on our truck broke while we were pulling a trailer. Wishing 20 minutes of calling Skeets we had a driving there picking us up! Incredible service, fair price, and overall great job. I highly recommend. We will be using them again in the future.”

“They were the only ones that would come out early in the morning faster to help get my mom’s car unlocked. They arrived within 30 minutes when the other towing services I called wouldn’t have been here until hours. The only issue I had with them was the pricing. I mean I get it, they need to make profit somehow but $85 just to manually unlock a car door is a bit steep on cost but I’m just grateful they could make it as quick as they could considering my mom’s car was running too.”
“I dropped my car off this past Saturday to get my back brakes and rotors replaced, and they did an amazing job! But what really topped it was, when I took my car back home after leaving the shop, I engaged my electrical parking brake and later that night I couldn't disengage it to go back out. So come to find out that they had accidentally left it in service mode. I reached out to them today and explained the entire situation, and they came out and towed my car back to the shop and took care of it! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of service because they will continue to get mine! Thank you again!”
“Had a great experience here!! Had problems with my 2014 Subaru and they were so quick to fix it. Every time I called to check they always informed me of what they had done and when it would be finished. The day changed for it to be finished but they were apologetic and took an little off the finished price since it took longer than they said. Very respectful atmosphere I appreciate them and recommend them!”

“My vehicle broke down on the 4 lane I was in a tough situation I called Jim's wrecker service and they were super polite and were there in 10 mins to rescue me awesome service very affordable”
