176 Clarks Crk Road, Lincolnton NC 28092
“Great service, easy to work with as they were towing my SUV tonight (on a Saturday night). They were the only towing service to answer the phone after we had already called three others. They then worked us into their schedule and they were able to text as well. They used a flatbed style tow truck. Their price was better than my Progressive Roadside quote. Great communication.”

“I own a junk removal business and I tried to cut a corner and get alittle closer to the house… got stuck. This absolute legend answered on the first call, came within 30 minutes and got both my trailer and my truck out the mud. I was able to finish my job because of him. Will 100% recommend to EVERYONE. Good pricing, friendly, and quick.”

“If you're looking for a reliable, professional, and honest towing and recovery service, look no further than Hickory Auto Recovery. I had the pleasure of working with Chris Pence, the owner, and I can confidently say that he runs an outstanding operation. From the moment I called, I was impressed with how quickly he responded and the level of care he showed for my situation. Chris is genuinely dedicated to providing top-notch service and it shows in everything he does. His extensive knowledge of the towing and recovery industry was evident, and he took the time to explain the process thoroughly, which put my mind at ease. He handled everything with professionalism and efficiency, and I never once felt like I was being overcharged or misled — something that can unfortunately be common in the industry. Hickory Auto Recovery offers a wide range of services, but it’s the customer service that sets them apart. Whether you're stuck on the side of the road or need a vehicle transported, Chris and his team will make sure you’re taken care of quickly and safely. He went above and beyond to ensure my experience was as smooth as possible, and I felt truly valued as a customer. It’s clear that Chris cares about his customers and is passionate about running an ethical business. I highly recommend Hickory Auto Recovery to anyone in need of towing or recovery services. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!”
