Great place for mack truck parts and the personnel were extremely helpful

Better service than transource Colfax with issues actually being addressed with the truck instead of waiting all day without any actual repairs being made, plus all the members of the staff including the salesman have been courteous unlike the Colfax location.

TranSource began in 1982 when Jim and Gail Bland purchased the Winston-Salem branch of Mack Trucks, Inc and later moved the company to Kernersville, North Carolina operating under the name of Triad Mack Sales & Service, Inc. We now have eight locations in NC, and represent heavy duty truck lines from Mack Trucks and Volvo Trucks, as well as Medium Duty Trucks from Hino and Isuzu. We have a huge parts department, and service the entire spectrum of commercial trucks of all makes. We have factory trained technicians at all of our locations.
