I visited White Tire/Newton,NC on October 27th. The tire technicians diagnosed the problem, and included me in the decision making process. Then they gave me three quality tire products to choose from. I was very pleased to have a team of good people who were professional, friendly, and mannerly. “My only dealings with Steve White have been the service department, and Claira in particular. I drive an older Jeep for which I bought an amazing warranty for as long as I own it. There is a Jeep dealership 5 minutes from my house, or I can drive an hour away to Steve White. I make the drive because of Claira. She is very knowledgeable, and she does an excellent job accommodating my schedule while taking into consideration the travel time involved. When one owns a vehicle with 212,000 miles on it, you can probably only imagine the number of times I've called or visited Claira at Steve White's, and every single time, she has been nothing but professional, kind, and beyond helpful. I had a tire that had a slow leak when I visited on Monday, October 27th. John A. not only put air in my tire; he found a huge screw in my tire. He also gave me recommendations for where to take my car to have the tire plugged.. These are good people who keep my car road worthy, and have me in and out in hardly anytime.I am grateful to have them in my life. Go to Speedlube for a seamless and satisfying experience .
