“32' Class C RV motorhome blew a tire on the highway on a Sunday afternoon. They immediately answered the call when so many others wouldn't pick up. Told them our situation and he said his technician was already on his way. Technician was prompt and professional. Showed up on time and got to work right away jacking up our 15,000 pound RV on the shoulder of 70mph traffic in 90 degree July heat. A+ service, would recommend.
If you ever see roadside service assisting motorists on the side of the road, please move over into the other lane. It could save a life.”
“Made an appointment to get my tires balanced and rotated on my Dodge Ram 1500. Here's my take:
1. Staff is competent courteous and professional. Shaun in the check-in was great.
2. They did good work. Tires seem very well balanced. I checked a few of the lug nuts and all were within 5 lb of spec.
3. Making the appointment was a waste of time. I've done business with several Discount Tire locations over the years and it is always 1.5 to 2 hours. Made the appointment this time and no different. They just put you in the queue with everyone else.
The appointment thing is the only reason they didn't get 5 stars.”
