    I switched from another company,after that company no showed. Ferrelgas had a much better price, and delivered even sooner than promised

    My most recent delivery was arranged online and service was prompt. Rick B., the delivery man, was friendly and knew the area quite well. If there are customer service issues (which I've never experienced with Ferrellgas) then maybe online is the answer. My order resulted from an email from the company.
