“I came as a totally inexperienced person with two tanks that were improperly stowed in the back of my truck. The man in the store educated me on the importance of properly stowing tanks with caps along with the hazards it represents failing to do so. He also educated me on my torch I came in with and informatively explained how and why I need to use such rods for such application in oxy-acetylene gas welding (old-school welding not so common these days). His honesty and sense of caring was clear and greatly appreciated. With that being said, this is my go-to place from now on just because of his excellence in service and genuine patience to teach a newbie when he clearly didn't have to take the time to do so.”

“Greg came out to work on our line when we discovered we must have a leak somewhere because our gas was less than usual at this time. He isolated the leak, repaired the line and now we are getting a refill on the tank. Although we have to replace the gas because it was on our side, we appreciate the service. The folks at Wilkesboro are always so kind and helpful. Thanks for all the help. We appreciate you all.”
