If you are anywhere in the area, you absolutely have to stop by Cinder Bistro. This place is the best!
We came looking for great BBQ and left planning our next trip back. The food is truly finger-licking good, and they've perfected the classics.
The Mac and Cheese is to die for—incredibly creamy and easily the best we've had in a long time. The meat platter was just as impressive: the brisket, pulled pork, and chicken are all OMG-worthy! Everything was juicy, perfectly smoked, and bursting with flavor.
Beyond the amazing food, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, which just enhances the whole experience.
Cinder Bistro is officially going to be our new spot for brisket and BBQ. Stop reading this and go try it!

It’s as hot as it could be tolerated when not iced, which is great for having a cup that’ll last you for the first hour of your active morning. I really enjoy my trips to Anchor.
