“Such a fun, lovely, and thoughtfully curated shop. Welcoming and friendly customer service - including the owner. Perfect spot for finding a gift - even if that means several for yourself!”
“The woman who runs this store is an absolute delight! I love stopping by on a Saturday to see her wares and to catch up before I start my walk downtown. She has local coffees, chocolates, decorations and small items to large for furnishing up a house or to make something seem more lived in. Lovely store and more so of the lady!”
“What an adorable shop! An eclectic collection of beautiful local art and jewelry. The owner is a lovely, friendly lady who is very knowledgeable. It’s my favorite place on OKI.”
“I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM! Sandy and Stephen are so friendly and helpful they go out of the way for you. Stephen insisted on cutting a cookie slap of wood for me on the spot because we couldn't find one big enough. They have wonderful show pieces of artistic driftwood perfect for any beach vibe atmosphere and designer projects. I will be back!”
“They want your business with unique items and personalized customer service. I visited Friday July 8th purchasing several pieces of jewelry. The experienced lady who helped me was very patient. They had a selection of handmade jewelry items unlike any I've ever seen and it is beautiful. She individually wrapped the numerous pieces and the item I indicated was a gift she boxed, then wrapped in pretty paper and put in a gift bag with frilly ribbon for me. She went over the receipt, thanked me genuinely for my business and interacted with my family. She was dressed impeccably and acted professional which so many people in the service industry no longer make the effort. They had some nice clothes items that caught my eye as well along with cute gifts. Magnolias is worth checking out.”
“Very good selection of beautiful and useful items for home and garden, gifts and something for yourself. Expensive but unusual items you may not have seen before.”
“This truly is a little hidden gem! I’m a local and every time I would grocery shop, I would think “I need to stop in there, it looks cute”. Why did it take me so long to go in there?! It is adorable! They have the best gifts for when you can’t think of what to get someone. They have A TON of baby/kid clothes, books, toys, PJ’s, blankets, etc. I love going in there to buy presents for family and friends. If you’re in town, stop in and check it out. They have a wide variety of great items for yourself or someone else!”
“Took my John Deere riding mower in for tune up on a Monday. They told me it could take 2 weeks to complete. Joe called me Friday and gave me a quote and asked if ok to replace blade...I agreed and all complete following Monday. Informative, timely and very cost efficient. Highly recommend!”

“We went to Dunes this morning and we were all very impressed by the quality and prices. We will definitely return when in Oak Island again.
We all found things for ourselves and gifts for others. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Highly highly recommend”
