“I needed 2 gallons in a hurry to replace a broken decoration. The young man helped me find suitable choices, and he gave me the paper that was priced. I was able to go pay while he inflated the balloons. I wish I knew his name. This wasn't his usual job, he came to help me from another part of the store. I had contact with 3 employees there. They all did a great job helping me.”

“New in Winston Salem and happy to find a Filipino store that's just 30 mins drive from our city. This store has huge selection of items even the rare ones. Owner is also very kind and accommodating. The thing I like the most is that they have lots of frozen products to choose from. Price is also very reasonable”
“This is my absolute favorite place to get tacos but I will say there is one cashier who is AWFUL! The younger ladies are extremely nice but this older, middle aged lady, is so rude every time I come in. Today she got my order completely wrong and laughed about it with the kitchen staff and then when my order was done (the second time) she tossed my order to me and didn’t even look at me. This place is definitely 5 stars but I gave 4 simply because of her nasty attitude. Wish I had her name.”

“This is the best Lowe's Foods I've been in. The produce department had an area where there would prepare your fruit and vegetables while you wait. They had smokehouse meats. Their fresh foods like the salad bar and sandwiches looked amazing. The floral department had an amazing selection of flowers and gifts. Their beer garden was unique and convenient to the fresh foods for lunch or dinner. My one disappointment was all of the self checkout. Such an amazing experience, and then they dropped the ball on the finishing touch.”

“Well stocked, much nicer since the renovation, well lit, with a beer and wine bar....yes. You can have a beer while shopping or pull a stool and drink at the bar. There are a lot of new amenities and is just a much nicer store. With Jet Zero bringing 14,500 new jobs and the new neighborhoods under construction, I would say Lowe's Foods is being proactive, smart.”
“Went for rooted cilantro, dill and parsley. They didn't have any. Produce worker said they are changing suppliers and have to sell what they have. Lots of thyme and rosemary.”

“Had the best customer experience ever! Ordered groceries for delivery through the app and they didn’t bring one of my items. Husbands at work and I’m not feeling well so I call the store expecting just a refund, but NO! The manager himself drove my missing item to my house and hand delivered it along with a gift card!

“I shop here all the time! Each week I make the rounds, and this walmart is included! Clean. Supplied. Items are stocked. Associates are willing to help you find products, and they are happy to help. “This place is horrible, if you like paying 3X more for groceries. The pick up service scared me because I didn't pull in and wait 15 minutes wasting gas letting my car run to maintain the A/C. I was startled when the associate popped up after only 2 minutes with my munchies, and how dare they be friendly. I guess I'll keep going back because I used to earn Harris Teeter money but now im considering dumpster diving to eat on the same wage. The food quality so far is better than what I was getting at lowes foods. Amazing what can be done with pricing by not spending millions on marketing and have a floral department or pharmacy.”

The store is awesome with a big variety of mouth watering delicious products and old fashioned items. Prices are extremely reasonable ? Check it out. Items you won't find anywhere else. ☆☆☆☆☆+”

“The Harris Teeter on Francis King Street is a great place to shop for groceries. I like the fact that they are smaller than some of the other Harris Teeter locations, and yet they still are well stocked with everything you might need. My one concern is that the grocery carts are in very poor condition--you have to select one carefully so that you don't get one that pulls to the left or to the right as you push it, or that drags and takes extra effort to push. Aside from this, I highly recommend this HT location!”
