“I am giving this location a 5 star review for the cashier name Bril, and her alone. She is a blessing to this store and a testament to quality customer service. I currently do Instacart to supplement my income and so I visit a lot of stores in the Greensboro, High Point, Kernersville, Jamestown, and Winston-Salem area and alot of them are Harris Teeters. There is not a single time that I have come to this location and Bril didn't greet me with a smile, ask me how I was doing, promptly get customers through the line, bag the items properly by temperature and never break from excellent, white glove customer service. I mean never. I complimented her to the manager, however, I feel like she deserves a Google review and I will contact corporate. Exemplary customer service has declined so much over the years. I've been in this store and encountered managers who weren't as willing to help as she is. She is a true testament to excellent customer service and a true blessing to this location. Thank you Bril for always being so kind, so helpful, and just a pleasure to encounter.”
“Want to give a shout out to the gentleman in the bakery. I don't know his name, but a young African-American man. He was very courteous and very helpful.. I called ahead of time to request something and came to pick it up and it was ready.. He provided excellent service and this is why I will continue to support Harris Teeter. this is really a great place to shop.. I appreciate professionalism and being treated like a truly valued customer.”
“I stopped by at this store Saturday morning to pick up some fruits and vegetables on our way out of town on a camping trip. I had to get something out of one of my external storage compartments. While in a traffic slowdown on I40 west of Asheville the car next to me told me one of my storage doors was open. I had taken a few things out at Harris Teeter and forgot to put them back in and close the door. So I called the store (about 4 hours later) and was lucky enough to talk to the store manger. He listened to my dilemma and said he would go out and look to see if the contents of my storage compartment was still in his parking lot. About 15 minutes later he called my back and said he had found my stuff and would hold it until I returned next Friday. That’s service! It’s a tribute to the high quality individuals employed by Harris Teeter.”

“We went here to get some sandwich meats from the deli, Rachael waited on us and Oh what a great experience. She is so friendly and personable. Rachael sliced our deli meats to perfection. It has been a minute since we've had a person of such good character and sincere attitude serve our needs at a grocery store. Harris Teeter is fortunate to have her in their employment. Before departing we share a personal thought regarding my longevity of 33 years being married and when asked what do we attribute this unusual length of time in this modern era, we shared our our faith in putting God first and everything else will fall into place. “I have done a review for the Kernersville CVS before but I just can't say enough how awesome I think the employee's both in the pharmacy and at the front of the store are. There are a few that aren't as personalized, friendly & interactive with customers but they are professional. There are maybe 2-3 that I have had interactions with that rubbed me the wrong way but everyone is different and you just aren't going to jive with everyone in life. Adam in the pharmacy, I always hope that he is working with I pick up my prescriptions. Super nice, friendly and takes time and care to listen and respond to you. Also a lady that works upfront that dyes her hair various different colors. Love interacting with her and she is so helpful whether you are looking for something in the store or questions about the CVS app. 1105 South Main Street Kernersville NC YALL ROCK!”

“Update: There were registers opened for the first time since the remodel. Hopefully this continues.
I drive from afar to this location because my local walmart stopped having any open register, and they are all self checkout. I refuse to use self checkout when buying large quantity of products, like weekly groceries because that is what cashiers are for. Unless they are going to pay me or give me a substantial discount I do not see why I should do the job of their cashiers while the actual employees talk amongst themselves or stand there smiling; there were many employees up front just standing by the self checkout. I have not applied to be empoleed by walmart, why are they forcing the customer to do a cashier's job. It is ridiculous that on a Saturday afternoon when most people go buy groceries, they can't have at least one register open. This is not the first time this happens.”

“First and only visit to this Walmart Neighborhood Market. I have been to a few and this is an excellent addition to the Kernersville area. It is a small store, but it is so wide and spacious inside with huge aisles. I had no problem walking around in fear of tripping over something. I did not interact with any staff, but it was a great experience. You can get all your daily needs in a quick minute here.
Highly recommend.”
“So we decided to go to Costco and what a great surprise that it is not crowded. Usually I get anxiety from Costco and it was great to know that we could get in out. Love, love, the southern hospitality at this Costco. We're from California so it's pretty cool to visit other Costco's. We ordered pizza ,a hot dog ,and drinks. There was literally no line and no kiosk to pre-order like California. Our only complaint was the pizza. The cheese was burned and it look like there was little sausages on there. We asked for another slice and we were told that all of their pizzas were like that. However, they did offer us to refund which we declined. We just took the burned pizza and rolled with it. All in all a great experience. Thank you Costco”
“Thank god to the bigger Spanish guy that swapped out my battery 10 mins before closing at Sam’s Club in Greensboro , he’s not the manager but he was super nice to me and my mom in our time of desperate need , SAMS CLUB , please give this man a raise , we showed up at 6:40 , February 24TH 2026

“My W. Wendover store takes very good care of me. From the front to Pharmacy and staff. Love being able to get my vaccines there also. The on going concern I have is with the lack of cleanliness of the parking lot and landscaping. Right of major interstate and across from high end shopping center that always looks great. I have shared this concern at least 6 or 7 times. Curb appeal still counts.”

“My mom had to go to this Walgreens last Friday cause other pharmacies in our area in our Rockingham County were either out of the medicine my mom needed for eye or the price was too high. Luckily this Walgreens Summerfield had the eye drop medicine my mom needed. The lady working at front as soon as you walked in is really nice. Pharmacy technician explained to me how to do my mom's eye drop & etc. Overall my mom & I give this Walgreens in Summerfield .”
“So I know this review may go against popular opinion because many others love the other place, that I won't name here, but this is my go to for bulk goods and other household supplies. The number one reason I love this place is because I have the scan n to app. This app is free of charge and can be found on the Sam's club app. It allows you to scan items as you are shopping and check out without waiting in those sometimes ridiculously long lines! I love it! It's the only way to go, in my opinion. Sam's club also has some excellent deals and generally I have decent luck getting good parking.”
