“I was highly concerned as the items I were shipping are highly fragile. Linda guided me on my options and was beyond exceptional in her service and representation of the UPS brand. I highly recommend Linda and this particular UPS Store for shipping. UPS, thank you for safely delivering these items to this client to honor her 1 year anniversary of her mother's passing!”

“The service here is beyond compare! We have worked with Jenafer and Chee on several occasions and they never fail to go above and beyond all expectations. They are more than a service provider, they are like valued partners in our business. In addition, the cost for a virtual mailbox with them costs half of what a post office box through the USPS cost, and provides so many additional features. We whole heartedly recommend them!”

“Lulu and Stephaney were awesome with helping me, as they always are!!! From the moment I walked into the store, regardless of the crowd, they were pleasant! I've seen many staff throughout the years at this location, but I hope that these 2 ladies are here to stay! Thank you Lulu and Stephaney for your exceptional customer service and positive attitudes!”

“Good food, the ordering process is a little off if you ask me. They really really want you to order at their kiosk or on the app. The dine in area was small and the parking lot is huge, just leaves me scratching my head. The lemonade is good but expensive.”

“I want to give a major shout-out, huge kudos, and a well-deserved congratulations to Melissa at the UPS store on Main Street in Kernersville! This was hands-down the best UPS experience I have ever had. I went in this past Sunday, June 7th, and Melissa was working entirely by herself. The store was busy, and she was watching line after line after line form, yet she handled the immense pressure flawlessly. Not only did she keep her composure, but she also went above and beyond to give exceptional, top-tier service. Her positive attitude never wavered. It is so rare to see someone manage a hectic, solo shift with such grace, efficiency, and genuine kindness. I truly wish there were more people in the workforce like her. Melissa, you did an amazing job! I truly hope your store manager recognizes your hard work, and honestly, the CEO of UPS should recognize you, too. You are an absolute asset to this company!”

“I’ve been to this UPS store countless times, and I always feel like a valued customer. I wish I could be a regular so I could lend a hand with their shipping business. I’ve retired now, so I don’t get to do that as much. But trust me, you won’t regret choosing this store!”

I would recommend this location to all in Greensboro.. the 2026 award was most definitely deserved.. Kametra was a lovely addition to the office also .. greeting customers with respect and helping retrieve their package. 📦”

4214 W Wendover Ave, Greensboro NC 27407
“Excellent customer service! 💜 I'd recommend this place for all your business school and whatever supplies that you need for your office because they know exactly what they're doing and how to look for certain items and office supplies. Unlike The Office Depot on battleground that has children running their store and are very disrespectful and close a hour before the actual scheduled time. Thank you Staples and your staff for your hard work and customer service.”

6061 Old Oak Ridge Rd, Greensboro NC 27410
“They don't take cash there. Plastic only. I mailed a birthday card to my mother, in Canada. I'm in the states. It cost over 80 bucks. No guarantee it would make it by her birthday. Should be but customs may delay delivery. Not sure what to say about all that but, I missed mothers day and i wrote her a nice long letter because she likes stuff like that. I mean, who doesn't ? It's not a lost idea, write to some you love a nice letter, they'll be thrilled to recieve it. Text, email or a post on some on line social media app is nothing compared to recieving a letter in the mail from somebody you love. Be kind”
