“Took my newest addition, an 8wk old Rottweiler, yesterday to have her first checkup with the vet. The staff all the way from the front desk to the technicians who started the appointment were absolutely world class. My pup was calm throughout the ENTIRE process, no hints of stress whatsoever.The Veterinarian, Dr. John Carr, was absolutely amazing. I went in with my own preconceived notions about how I wanted things to go, having several years of vet med experience personally. Dr. Carr listened to me and explained the pros and cons to any questions I had. He was very thorough and I can say with a certainty that I left that hospital with alot more knowledge than I had going in. There was no sense of judgement or apprehension from the doctor even though there were glaring gaps in the knowledge. He presented me with all the appropriate information and allowed me to make a decision.I would recommend this hospital to anyone who is looking for a smaller, more personable staff that will go the extra mile for their clients! If I could rate them over 5 stars, I would!”
