“I have a 2013 F-150 that hadn't had air conditioning for a couple of years.After without it that long I was afraid it could have caused other issues within the computerized components. I took it to Doug and he set me up a date about 2 weeks out (vacation week) to bring it to them. He was there expecting it the day he said bring it and the next day I had air, thank goodness. So in a nutshell I had a cool summer thanks to Doug and his fine mechanics. You want it right, take it to Doug.Thanks Doug!”

“Huge shout out to Isaiah for getting me in the mustang I was interested in. Granted, it was with that “straight out of bootcamp PFC” interest rate, but with my credit score I was surprised he was able to work the deal. And when I say my credit is bad, homeless people have better credit than I do. But it is what it is, I’ll pay on it for a year, build it back up then refinance. Win win. “I scuffed up the front fender my CRV. While I was having routine service at Tim Marburger Honda I asked for a quote, however they do not do body work, suggested I may need a new fender and sent me to The Collision Center.SO I stopped by on my way home. I did not have an appointment, and wanted a quote to see if should just pay for the repair or use insurance. I was very politely asked to wait for just a minute had he would have a look.He came out and looked and said “hang on, this may not cost you anything.” He returned with a wet rag and within a few seconds the scuff was gone! Then he proceeded to go back and get or mix up some paint to touch a tiny blemish, bam fixed! This is so wordy because I recognize how rare it is these days to find someone willing to go out of their way for someone without charging them. I am also aware he could have up charged me for a fender, and chose not to.I left feeling so thankful for his kindness and honesty; I will recommend him to anyone!”

“I recommend Piedmont Diesel for any work you need. We appreciate their hard work. We moved away from our previous trusted shop but the competent, kind, thoughtful staff at Piedmont Diesel are now our new trusted shop in NC. We provided an extensive list of items to repair and they also made another recommendation that was not visible to us. Our truck is a 2008 6.4L Ford F-350 truck which requires that the cab be lifted off for some of these repair/service items and they wisely focused on major repairs and service items to maximize the value of the work required "under the hood." The truck is, once again, a dream to operate.”

“Had to get my oil change before a long trip I have to make. The guys were great when I asked if they could put new windshield wiper blades on and check the air in my tires. They did it and my truck is ready for the trip. I always get my oil changed with them and have never had a problem. Another plus is I can do my grocery shopping while they are doing the oil change. Highly recommend. Very nice and helpful guys that work there.”
