They have most of the equipment that you could need. For a smaller town gym, I have seen some close, but none better. You might have to search for things, but you can complete a fairly complex workout. Thank you, body edge.

Nice, clean facility with friendly staff. Great gym for a one week pass while we were on vacation. I would recommend this to anyone in the Sunset Beach or Ocean Isle area.
