“We just dropped off a return. We are at our beach house and didn’t have packing tape or brown paper to wrap the box in. We picked up a grocery bag at Food Lion and were hoping an agent would loan us scissors and tape. The nicest guy, Timothy , said not to worry about wrapping it up. He said he would take care of packaging it up for us. What an act of kindness!!! After an experience with a rude receptionist at Emerge Ortho, this experience confirmed my belief there are still kind people in this world. Thank you Timothy for being such an awesome UPS employee!
