“I had a front tire puncture that was plugged by High Country rather than patched. Even though HV knew if had 650 miles to go they sent me on my way assuring me the tire was gonna just be fine despite a huge bolt leaving a quarter inch hole. Long story short, I ended up buying a new tire and took it to FAC. They looked at the plug first and said that it should have been patched.instead, from the inside and would have been fine. They advised against putting the new tire on because the old one had plenty of thread left and and the car would pull because of a single new tire. Sound advice. They did the work and gave honest advice and saved my wallet. And the price was right. Great people.”

“I had my 10,000 mile service recently and was pleasantly not surprised at the service and friendliness of the staff. Doesn't matter who is at the desk I am always greeted by name and welcomed back like a old friend. Kinda like the old "Cheers" show on TV. Aside from that I always know that my truck will be taken care of completely and if anything needs attention or will in the future Tyler, David, or Rick will let me know. It's kind of like having a trusted family physician. You get what you pay for. If you get a $30 oil change that's all you get, you're oil changed. If you want you car "serviced" and taken care of go to New Life!”
“Had tires replaced and an alignment done on my Audi S4. Jared was able to get me a great price and took the extra time to make sure my aftermarket wheels were cared for during the process. Even had the lube cleaned off. I wasn’t super thrilled with the use of silver wheel weights on my all gloss black wheels, but an offer was made to swap them out for black ones when they come in. Will update on that. Great place, friendly people, awesome customer service. Thanks again to Jared and the rest of the team for treating my car like their own!
Edit: Jared contacted me the following week about swapping out the wheel weights for black ones to match my wheel color. They got me in first thing the next morning and changed them out at no additional cost. Fantastic customer service. Will be back for sure!”

“I was in town for work with my '99 F-550 7.3 and was having a slow crank that would at times show itself with very long (multiple, 10 second tries) and at other times just a 3 second slow crank. Even once, it clicked but would not crank at all.The owner saw me first thing in the morning to get me a diagnostic since it's my work truck - even though he was booked. After hooking me up, looking at data, starting, etc., he looked at me and said, "Definitely a starter.".Since I could replace the starter myself, he said,"No worries...happy to help."....amazing!And, he was right.Even though i had put a remanufactured starter from Autozone AND a Ford OEM starter in within the past year, I purchased a new - not remanufactured starter - and it quickly cranked right up!I had taken it to two other mechanics trying to diagnose what I thought was a slow crank...and both said that nothing was wrong, but did replace other things...”

I was able to get in the same day, and they had me out the door in about 90 minutes with 4 new all-weather tires (installed) for less than online prices without installation! The prices were great—better than what I’d found at Mavis. I went with a mid-range option, and even my fiancé (who knows way more about tires than I do) was impressed with the tread rating.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process super easy. Highly recommend!”
“Steve (owner) has been one of the nicest person I've ever met. One of those that make you still hope there is still good and honest people in this world. He literally saved our trip back to Florida. We came to Waynesville on Thursday, asked a shop in Asheville to check the brakes on Saturday and they said they were good enough to go back home. We got ready to leave on Tuesday morning and 40mins after going down the hills the brakes started shaking... it was 8am, my husband stops at Superior Auto Services without noticing it was already open. I got off the van and Steve comes out and offers to help us immediately. My 65yr old mom, my 5yr old son and my dog were with us. He not only took care of the van, but also took us to downtown so we could have breakfast while he was working on the van and picked us up once it was ready.Job was done in a timely manner and we were able to get back on the road.
