“Let me start by saying I had a squealing car few months ago. Took my car to Precision on advise from my Uncle, always spoke highly on them. So I did and they determined I had Tension belt assembly issue. Problem fixed paid them and was happy with service. Now here is the kicker, the problem with squealing came about again. So now I'm frustrated it's happening again. However I took the car back to them expecting to get a run around about the work done. To my surprise these guys were A1 in responding. Very nice and friendly about the situation. They set me an appointment the next morning after we spoke of issue and had my vehicle back to me the same day with problem resolved at no charge because they warranty their work. Paying for car repairs can be costly but when you receive service like this, I can not complain one bit. The ppl here did a great job of making things right. I definitely appreciate it!!! Any problems in the future with my vehicles, I will certainly return here for service again. Big shout out to the team here at Precision. Thank you for your work and most importantly your honesty.”
“It was an awesome experience I'm used to dealing with the dealership in Durham North Carolina and that's pretty much a nightmare go read their reviews. Took my car in for its first free oil change a 2021 Civic Sport. I also had to replace a rim that I damaged. I wanted to fix it before the tire possibly started losing air. The prices are very reasonable and they're very honest and professional people. It was worth driving almost 30 minutes longer in the rain to get five star service. I got the car from them too my second one and I'll definitely be getting a third. I'm just excited that I actually have somewhere now to service my vehicle. I had a ton of stuff in the car but no worries they didn't bother anything. I can't wait to get back!! Thank you!!”
